The assessment and the onboarding are free. Management is paid as a commission out of money already earned: 18% of stays under 30 nights, 12% of stays of 30 nights or more, all year. Cleaning fees are charged to guests, and furnishing, if your property needs it, is priced separately. A month-long stay needs one check-in instead of four, so it costs you a third less.
